The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of lead service lines from curb stop to home in 50 residences using directional drill methods Question Deadline 05/29/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. Contact Scott Kuhlman, Project Engineer, by email atskuhlman@bollig-engineering.com or by telephone at 320-235-2555. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. *Bid Doc Notes: Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents may also be examined at online; the office of the Brooten City Clerk/Treasurer at 147 Central Avenue North, Brooten, MN, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm; or may be purchased online for $40. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying a deposit of $100 for each set. Bidders who return full sets of the Bidding Documents in good condition within 10 days after receipt of Bids will receive a refund of $60.00 for documents returned in good condition within the time limit indicated above. Make deposit checks for Bidding Documents payable to Bollig Engineering.
