Replacement of approximately 4,500 linear feet of water lines ranging from 6” to 12” and resurfacing (curb to curb) of 25,600 square yards of road in the Village. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents and must include all required bid forms, certifications, and Bid Security in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 153.571. Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond shall be provided in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 153.54. The Project is subject to federal Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements and applicable federal requirements, including Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) provisions, American Iron and Steel (AIS) requirements, and Build America, Buy America (BABA) provisions (if applicable), as well as applicable Ohio EPA, OPWC and ODOT requirements. Contractor compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 is required. To the extent practicable, materials, products, supplies, and labor used on the Project shall be obtained from sources within the State of Ohio.
