To be considered a plan holder for bids, a contractor must register with online, which can be done free of charge. The contract documents can be purchased in digital form at a cost of $22.00 via online, or a paper copy may be obtained at the Kirkham Michael address upon receipt of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) cash, check, or money order for each set, none of which is refundable.
