Description

Renovation of an industrial development in Ridgefield, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a industrial development; and industrial development.

The Town of Ridgefield is soliciting sealed bids from qualified mechanical contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the removal of existing forced hot air furnaces and the installation of new gas-fired unit heaters (Modine or approved equal) at the Public Works Garages (Buildings 1 & 2). The intent of this project is to improve heating efficiency, system reliability, and operational performance within the Public Works facilities.
