Renovation of a mixed-use development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel.

The project consists of repairs and replacements for multiple greenway pedestrian structures. The base bid includes replacing two existing timber structures with fiberglass structures. Alternate 1 involves replacing existing timber decking with FRP on two other structures. Alternate 2 is for replacing one timber structure with Timber Glu-lams and timber decking. Alternate 3 is for replacing the same structure with steel framing and FRP decking. Locations: Bridges 6 & 7 on Mine Creek Trail access from north end of Post Oak Road; Bridge #17 north of Millbrook Road in Shelley Lake Park; Bridges 102 & 103 along east side of Brentwood Park over Marsh Creek. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond.
