The Phase 2A scope includes phased fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, architectural, and structural upgrades within the North and South Pylons of an occupied high rise facility. Work will be sequenced to maintain operations and includes: replacement of sprinkler heads and fire protection equipment, renovation of bathroom stacks and associated plumbing systems, chilled water and air handling upgrades, electrical power separation and panel replacements, and related architectural and structural modifications.
