Question Deadline: 05/25/2026 at 2:00 p.m. EDT Questions must be directed to Don Harrison, Purchasing Agent at dharriso1@wccnet.edu. All communication should be directed to the Purchasing Department. Vendor should NOT contact any department directly with questions. Bidders must carefully examine the contract documents and the construction site to obtain firsthand knowledge of existing conditions. A site visit is required as a condition of contract award, and no bids will be accepted from those who have not inspected the site. Each bidder must become familiar with the site's existing conditions, limitations, means of access, relationship of existing and new work, and other conditions affecting performance and completion of the work. No allowances will be made after bid opening for cost estimation errors due to failure to account for existing conditions or limitations of this scope of work. The bidder's representative must report to the Owner's Representative and register during the site visit.
