The Town of Brandon, Vermont, will receive sealed bids for its Summer 2026 Class 2 Road Paving. The project involves spraying emulsion at 0.025 to 0.3 gallons per square yard, applying a _" depth (or additional as required) shim of unspecified material, and a 1_" top coat of _" material. All road intersections and connections with paved driveways must be keyed in, and a rubber wheeled roller must be used. Both sites must be bid on a single bid form: I. Union St (T.H. #5): Shim and overlay from #500 (Maple St junction) to south of driveway #1157. II. McConnell Rd (T.H. #8): Shim and overlay from Wood Ln junction to the road's south end at US Route 7. Proposals must arrive on time and in a sealed envelope marked "2026 Brandon Class 2 Paving Bid."
