Remodeling of an educational facility in Troy, Michigan. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
Troy School District is requesting proposals for audiovisual systems for Boulan Park Middle School. Bid proposals must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized disclosure of any familial relationship between the bidder (or any employee of the bidder) and any member of the Board of Education or the Superintendent. Bidders are also required to submit a Bid Security from a qualified surety or a certified/cashier's check in the amount of five percent of the Base Bid amount. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals, waive any informalities or irregularities, accept bid alternates, and award a contract in any manner deemed to be in their best interests.
