Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Hartselle, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Sealed bids are requested for prime contract work associated with Landscaping and Irrigation at Sparkman Park. The work under this contract includes supplying all required materials, equipment, labor, and services necessary for and incidental to the landscaping and irrigation, including irrigation design. Bids must be submitted on the furnished Proposal Forms and must include a certified check or bid bond for 5% of the bid amount, not exceeding $10,000. Bidders must identify themselves clearly on the exterior of the package with their name, address, and Alabama state license number. Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds for a minimum of 100% of the total contract price will be required upon contract award. Construction contracts will be awarded only to qualified contractors licensed by the State Licensing Board for General Contractors. All bidders are responsible for reviewing bid documents and addendums. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and award all or part of the project. No bid may be withdrawn for 30 days after the bid closing time. Substantial Completion is 150 days from Notice to Procced. Question Deadline 05/29/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing
