Contact: Neil Walker, nwalker@springfieldcityhall.com Submission Method: email The Department of Parks, Buildings, and Recreation Management- Parks Division is issuing this IFB for roofupgrades to the Kenefick Park Building. This work includes removal and replacement ofshingles, inspection and repair/replacement as needed ofroof deck, soffit, facia board, installation ofwater and ice shield, drip edge, flashing, gutters and related work, such as Strip shingles, flashing and recycle properly and repair plywood when needed o Install ice and water shield o Cover deck using synthetic underlayment o Install new aluminum drip, rake step and pipe flashing o Install new 30-year architectural shingles o Install new vented soffit o Install new facia board o Install new ridge vent o Install new gutters and down spouts
