Description

Site work for a municipal facility in Winthrop, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

rice to furnish and install 650 feet of 5' tall "Maverick Ultra Commercial Aluminum Fence" (See attached Spec Sheet), all black, with 2.5" posts (cemented) and 3/4"x 3/4" plugged pickets. The 650' is the primary scope of this project. Alternate #1 includes the installation of an additional 265' of the same product and specification. For the purpose of calculating the bid price, both the primary scope and alternate scope must be added together for the full bid price, however, the Town reserves the right to decline the alternate scope of work.
