The New York City Department of Social Services (DSS)/Human Resources Administration (HRA) is accepting Competitive Sealed Bids for providing Plumbing Services, Citywide (PIN: 25BSEGS09601/EPIN: 06925B0003). This contract is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates. Instructions to bidders: The solicitation is released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Vendors should visit the PASSPort Public Portal and use the EPIN 06925B0003 in the Keywords search field to access the RFx. Responses must be submitted by acknowledging receipt in the Acknowledgement tab and completing the response in the Manage Responses tab in PASSPort. Additional resources and instructions are available under the "Finding and Responding to RFx" heading on the PASSPort website. All in-person meetings, including pre-bid conferences and bid openings, will be conducted via Cisco Webex video or conference call. Attendance at the non-mandatory pre-bid conference is strongly recommended.
