The intent is to establish a design-build contract for the complete design, engineering, permitting, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of a fully operational fire alarm system for the East Arlington Police Sub-station located at 2001 New York Ave Arlington, Texas. Responses to this solicitation are encouraged to be submitted electronically, but paper responses must be in a sealed envelope or package labeled with the company name, solicitation number, and title. Late responses will not be accepted. Receipt and notification of solicitations must be through the designated electronic procurement system, as use of other means may result in incomplete specifications or addendums that could render the bid/proposal non-compliant.
