Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Cambridge, Iowa. Completed plans call civil work for a playground / park / athletic field and water / sewer project.

The general nature of the work is as follows: mobilization, clearing and grubbing, erosion control, excavation, concrete driveway approach, reinforced concrete carry-down trail, tied concrete block mat boat ramp, gravel parking and drives, temporary seeding revegetation, and incidental work as required by the plans and/or the Engineer.. These services will improve public access for water recreation. The C.J. Shreck Access is located along the South Skunk River Water Trail, Section 27, Township 82, Range 23, Story County, Iowa. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, Payment Bond required (unspecified amount), Other Bond required (unspecified amount). Q/A: Should a bidder find discrepancies, ambiguities, or omissions in the documents; should they find work shownn but not specified, or specified but not shown; or should they be in doubt as to any meaning, they shall immediately notify the Engineer, in writing, by 3:00 P.M., May 18, 2026.
