The Regional District of North Okanagan (RDNO) requires the services of a qualified contractor to provide and construct a multiple-story modular structure-fire, live fire, training burn prop. The North Okanagan Fire Training Center located at 300 Pottery Rd, Vernon BC, is utilized by multiple fire departments throughout BC for training purposes. The RDNO is looking to expand the facility, which currently includes a Class A fueled concrete burn prop, to include a modular-style Class B fuel burn building complete with controls, burn rooms, and props.
