Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Fairview, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Sealed proposals are solicited for Superpave Contract, which includes: 2" Asphalt Milling Retained by Contractor, 2" Asphalt Milling Retained by Township, Superpave Scratch Course, Superpave Wearing Course, Superpave Binder Course, High RAP, and Superpave Base Replacement Special. Prevailing Wage and E-Verify Act requirements apply. Proposals must be submitted using forms provided by the Township and must include a bid bond or certified check for 10% of the bid amount, payable to Fairview Township. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond or Certified Check for 100% of the contract value within 20 days of the contract award. Bid packets and specifications are available for pick up only at the township municipal building. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
