Adams East Metropolitan District is requesting sealed bids for the "SILVER PEAKS MIXED USE" project. Interested parties may bid on all or a portion of the following work: furnishing and installing all labor and materials for site preparation and building construction activities including earthwork, utilities, and roadways. Bids must be clearly labeled and delivered to 8301 East Prentice Avenue, Suite 100, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 by 10:00 a.m. local time on May 28, 2026. Proposals may be hand-delivered, mailed, or emailed to info@metrodistrictprojects.com and will not be accepted via fax. Requests for project details should be directed to info@metrodistrictprojects.com. All submittals become the property of Adams East Metropolitan District.
