Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Longmeadow, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
General Contractor/Prime Contractor must be DCAMM certified in General Building Const OR demolition. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. 5% bid deposit, 100% Perf & Payment bond. Prevailing wage. Town reserves right to reject any & all bids, waive informalities & to award a contract in the best interest of the Town. The Project scope consists of site clearing and site preparation, building demolition and ACM abatement, low permeability material closure system of former burn dump landfill, grading, and earthwork, hydroseeding and mulching, and building improvements. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer via email at Mpwzorek@tighebond.com . In order to receive consideration, questions must be received by Engineer at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bid.
