Bids are requested for snow removal, ice remediation, and landscaping services for the Main Campus and two off-site campuses. The service areas are divided into three categories: sidewalks/pedestrian surfaces (including sidewalks, entrances, ramps, and emergency exits), vehicular surfaces (parking lots and loading docks), and landscaping (comprehensive grounds maintenance). Bidders may submit proposals for one or all categories, and the college may award these categories separately or in combination to one or more vendors. If a "Bundle Discount" for multiple scopes is offered, it must be clearly marked as an "Alternate" on the Bid Form and will not be the primary basis for initial evaluation. The college reserves the right to award the parking lot scope to a different vendor than the sidewalk and landscaping scopes, and maintaining safe and accessible campuses during weather-related incidents is critical. Prompt response times and professional, reliable service are required.
