The facility consists of 10 courts (10 basketball/14 volleyball), multi-purpose meeting spaces, administration, patron gathering and seating, storage and support spaces. Site elements include parking, pedestrian circulation around and throughout the site, plaza and other gathering spaces, along with support. Last day for questions and substitution requests was Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 5 PM. Award is subject to final approval.
