Alachua County Board of County Commissioners requests bids for Annual Right of Way Mowing. Services include all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary for the cutting of grass/vegetation, edging of grass/vegetation, litter pick-up, and clean-up of cut grass/vegetation from the right-of-way line. Bidders must be qualified and capable of performing the required services in compliance with all applicable laws, specifications, procedures, protocols, guidance, and best industry practices. All services must include management, supervision, planning, scheduling, coordination, and assurance of effective performance as described. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications outlined. Qualified individuals or firms are invited to participate by submitting their bids through the designated process. All applicable laws of the State of Florida, the Federal Government, and County of Alachua rules and regulations are part of the requirements. Costs related to preparation and submittal of bids are the responsibility of the bidder and not chargeable to the County. Bidders must be registered with the County's Public Portal to submit a response.
