This project includes reconstructing the pavement of 75th Avenue between Beardsley Road and West Deer Valley Road; providing pavement rehabilitation, valve and manhole utility adjustments, improving valley gutters, curb returns and replacing pavement marking along with improving traffic signals, lighting, adding illuminated street name signs, and improving ITS at intersections.
