CR#: 2135039 The Town of Ulysses is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from licensed Professional Engineering firms experienced in transportation infrastructure. Services requested include bridge and culvert engineering analysis and design, project management, and grant writing services on an as-needed basis. The selected firm may be asked to provide general transportation infrastructure support, culvert and bridge services, RFP/bid document development and project management, as well as grant identification, research, application preparation, and administration. Responding firms must be licensed Professional Engineers in the State of New York and have extensive experience in bridge and/or culvert design and grant writing for municipal governments in New York. Additional requirements include insurance coverage, demonstrated experience with NYSDOT standards, and adequate staffing for multiple projects. Firms must also have experience with municipal, county, state, and federal coordination, and knowledge of relevant grant programs and procedures. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
