The contract includes, in particular, the supply of equipment (except for Lot 2), the draining and removal of existing water heaters, the supply and installation of drain-connected retention tanks, the necessary connections, and the commissioning of the equipment. For Lot 2, the water heaters will be supplied by the Office. The contract covers only their installation and the commissioning of the equipment. The work will be carried out in several residential buildings occupied by the Office's tenants. The supplier must plan and coordinate the work with the Office's representative in order to minimise disruption to the occupants. The building complexes concerned and the quantities of water heaters to be replaced are specified in the technical specifications and in the tender form. This call for tenders is divided into three (3) lots, which may be awarded to one or more tenderers
