Description

Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work involves upgrades to the Primary Clarifiers (Galleries 1-8) and the Scum Building at the Woodward Avenue Wastewater Treatment Plant. Bidders are required to submit their tenders electronically; hardcopy submissions will not be accepted. The contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid from a Canadian or Non-U.S. Business, unless a bid from a U.S. Business is at least 25% lower in price than the lowest compliant bid submitted by a Canadian or Non-U.S. Business.
