Brief Description: The City of Pharr seeks qualified firms to provide professional engineering and planning services for the development of a Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Safety Action Plan. Question Deadline 05/22/2026 at 5:00 PM CT Potential Bidders are asked to post their questions on online. This project is funded, in whole or in part, under the SS4A program and will be conducted in accordance with 2 CFR Part 200, including full and open competition, documented evaluation, and qualifications-based selection for professional services. The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all firms that submit proposals, as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act, Texas Government Code Section 2254.004 and Texas Local Government Code Section 271.118. The City of Pharr will evaluate the Request for Proposals of the firms on the basis of technical ability, experience, and ability to perform the work.
