Belfast-Patetown Sanitary District (BPSD), which is one of 5 individual water service districts that represent Wayne Water Districts (WWD), hereafter referred as the "District" is requesting qualified professional engineering firms to submit a statement of qualifications to provide engineering services for the Eureka Waterline Replacement Project. The project will include the design of new PVC water mains to replace existing 6" and smaller water mains throughout the Town of Eureka.
