The Contractor shall not be entitled to loss of profit or other damages should the quantities prove to be more or less than the estimated amount. The precision (significant decimal place) for individual contract items will be paid based on the precision provided in the General Summary. This shall supercede the precision provided in the Bid Proposal (shown above) should any discrepancy occur. The Bidder has reviewed its current workload and will be able to complete this project according to the schedule requirements shown above.
