Description

The City of Houston Housing and Community Development Department (HCD) seeks applications from owners and developers of multifamily housing to finance construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation, or acquisition of multifamily properties. The purpose is to provide affordable housing opportunities to Houston residents impacted by the 2024 Derecho and Hurricane Beryl. Applicants must demonstrate a capacity to construct or rehabilitate, and operate, multifamily housing that benefits low-to-moderate income individuals.
