Description

Site work, new construction and renovation of a multi-residential development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; and multi-residential development.

The City of Houston Housing and Community Development Department (HCD) seeks applications from owners and developers of multifamily housing to finance construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation, or acquisition of multifamily properties. The purpose is to provide affordable housing opportunities to Houston residents impacted by the 2024 Derecho and Hurricane Beryl. Applicants must demonstrate a capacity to construct or rehabilitate, and operate, multifamily housing that benefits low-to-moderate income individuals. Applications will be reviewed, underwritten, and scored based on a predetermined set of criteria.
