This project will include fully preparing the site for building operations, such as demolishing and removing existing roads and providing all labor and materials necessary to complete the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery Phase 3 - Additional Road Repairs project in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001 - Bid Item I - Base Bid: Repair of existing roads Austin Circle, Austin Loop, and Median Loop to include, but not limited to, demolition of curb/gutter and pavement, survey and grading, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan measures, road construction, curb/gutter placement. Include all general requirements, Overhead & Profit, bonding, insurance, etc. Sheet LC-101 shows early turn over (ETO) area. CLIN 1001 - Bid Item II (Bid Option - Additive): Repair of existing section of San Antonio Boulevard to include, but not limited to, demolition of curb/gutter and pavement, survey and grading, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan measures, road construction, curb/gutter placement. Include all general requirements, Overhead & Profit, bonding, insurance, etc. The work will support long-term site operations and visitor access and will be executed as a construction requirement under a future solicitation.
