Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The City seeks a qualified General Contractor for the construction services at building which is located in the Public Works Yard at 1075 Albert Street in Regina, Saskatchewan. The scope of work includes the following, but is not limited to: Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment; HVAC serving offices on main and second floors; Controls on major equipment throughout facility; Repairs and abatement to the exterior wall, among other work.
