Description

Renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot.

This project involves improvements to an existing stairway, including but not limited to, existing site feature demolition and protection, erosion and sediment control measures, concrete work including existing stair replacement, and associated site restoration, complete in place. All proposals must be submitted electronically. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages must be paid on this contract. Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, Public Liability and Property Damage Certificates of Insurance in the specified amounts, and Certificates of Workman's Compensation must be filed with the executed Agreement. Proposals must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond from a Surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of Ingram Borough in an amount equal to ten percent of the total proposal amount as a guarantee that, if accepted, the successful Bidder will enter into an Agreement within ten days after Notice of the Award of the Contract. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive Bidder based on the total bid submitted. The Borough reserves the right to reject all bids and to award a contract for all or any portions of the work listed in the Proposal, with the contract price determined from the total quantities for each item listed and the unit price bid for each item listed.
