The project includes demolition of the existing front entry monuments, installation of new stone monuments and associated landscaping, irrigation and lighting. Interested parties are invited to submit a Proposal. Late submittals or submittals delivered to the wrong location will not be accepted. For consideration, proposers must obtain a Request for Proposals form and associated construction documents from The Perry Park Metro District website. Submit one (1) electronic copy of your proposal to Kirk Mulbach, or one (1) hard copy to Perry Park Metro District. The proposals will be evaluated and the District expects to accept by written notice the proposal that, in its estimation, represents the best value to the District. The District reserves the right to act in its best interest and may terminate, modify or suspend the process, reject any or all submittals, modify the terms and conditions of this selection process and/or waive informalities of any submission.
