The contractor shall supply all labour, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, permits, licenses, management, and any other resources necessary to successfully complete the required services. All work must be performed in a safe, efficient, and professional manner in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
