Reference number: 20146226 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-06-01 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 36 Description The Municipality of Sainte-Marie-de-Blandford is requesting bids for: Snow removal for the road infrastructure of the Municipality-sector Lac Rose The purpose of this contract is to clear snow, remove ice and maintain the municipality's roads during the winter for a period of three (3) years. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all liability towards any of the tenderers in the event that all the tenders are rejected. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. A tender bond amounting to 10% of the price must be submitted with the tender.
