Remodeling of a municipal facility in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
This project is for the build-out of an existing white-box area, formerly used as storage, to become three offices. Scope includes selective demolition to install two borrowed lites to the existing corridor, modification of lighting, HVAC, and fire sprinkler systems, extension of power and data, construction of walls with metal stud gypsum wall board and sound batt insulation, and finishes including carpet, paint, and ceiling tiles. An additional separate bid, but included in the project, is for a chain link enclosure around storage shelving in the basement. This enclosure will be 8'-0" high and divided into three compartments, each with its own gate to the public portion of the basement. Bids must be submitted electronically via the County's Bonfire Portal. No late or in-person bids will be accepted. Bidders may participate in the public bid opening via Microsoft Teams. All solicitations are posted on the County's Bonfire Portal, and bidders may register at no charge. Specific questions may be submitted through the Bonfire messages feature.
