Renovation of a water / sewer project in Tiffin, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The City of Tiffin is seeking Letters of Interest for engineering planning and design for the Sandusky River Wall SREB-5 Rehabilitation Design. The selected consultant will be responsible for all aspects of planning and design, which includes refined condition assessment and testing, permitting, rehabilitation design, cost estimating, and maintenance specifications. Instructions for bidders: The Letter of Interest should be no more than ten pages (not including the cover letter) and must include the following: a list of prequalifications obtained by the prime consultant; a list of significant subconsultants, their prequalification categories, and the percentage of work each will complete; identification of the Project Manager and other key staff, including their experience on similar projects and responsibilities; details on staff capacity and their ability to perform the work in a timely manner; and a description of the Project Approach not exceeding two additional pages in addition to the 10-page requirement. The Consultant Selection Rating Form, project description, and available plans of the existing walls are available from Public Works via email. Submissions should be made electronically by the stated deadline.
