The City of Chestermere, on behalf of The Utility Co., is seeking a contractor to construct a deep storm trunk main for the CSRO system. The City of Chestermere is seeking to engage a Contractor to install deep storm trunk main and associated appurtenances to convey stormwater from the Waterford Boulevard area to South Shore Drive as part of the City of Chestermere's Centralized Stormwater Reservoir & Outlet (CSRO) system. Contact Person Andrea Pritchett Procurement Assistant Method of Contact apritchett@chestermere.ca Questions must be submitted by email no later than - May 28, 2026 at 4:00 pm (MT) The Contractor shall, prior to the commencement of the Work, provide to the Owner: .1 a performance bond in an amount equal to 50% of the Contract Price, covering the performance of the Contract, including the Contractor's requirements with respect to the correction of deficiencies and the fulfillment of all warranties; and .2 a labour and material payment bond in an amount equal to 50% of the Contract Price covering payment for labour and Products."
