OPWDD's Contract Management Unit for Staten Island DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to provide milling and asphalt paving and related services to Staten Island DDSOO Campus Roadways, including 930 Willowbrook Road and 1150 Forest Hill Road. There is a mandatory site visit for this procurement. All bidders must attend to submit a bid. Work is to be completed within 60 days of contract approval. Prevailing Wage will apply. References, experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required. OPWDD may request bidders to submit at least three references associated with three different projects of similar scope and size to the one identified, providing evidence of experience in related work. OPWDD intends to award a contract to the responsible and responsive bidder who attended the mandatory site visit and provides the lowest total cost for milling and paving of the specified roadways. Contractors must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor as required by law and must submit their Certificate of Registration with their bid.
