Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Carbondale, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work consists of constructing a new bike path along the east side of Butterfield Road as well as pedestrian improvements at the Butterfield Road/Golf Road and Butterfield Road/Huntington Drive intersections. The work will be completed in one stage of construction and will include bike path and sidewalk construction, retaining wall construction, curb and gutter replacement, milling and resurfacing, erosion control and protection, drainage structure adjustments and construction, storm sewer construction, traffic signal modification, earth excavation and embankment, traffic control and protection, landscaping, pavement marking, and all collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans and as described herein. The project is located along Butterfield Road in the Villages of Vernon Hills, Mundelein, and Libertyville in Lake County, Illinois from Golf Road to Allanson Road/Greggs Parkway. The Project will consist of resurfacing, curb patching as necessary, ADA curb ramp upgrades, and installation of pavement markings on Poplar Street, W Cherry Street, and W College Street in Carbondale.
