The contractor shall be responsible for the supply of all parts and labour to complete inspections for one (1) annual visit for Boiler Maintenance and one (1) annual visit for Water Treatment prior to boiler startup (outdoor air temperature less than 10_C). Contractors may bid on all school zones of facilities as contracts will be awarded through Price & Experience for the entire school board, and not individual schools. Water treatment must be subcontracted to Comfort Water Treatment, located in Alexandria. No other subcontracting shall be permitted for both Boilers Maintenance Inspections nor Water Treatment. This project is subject to funding. Question Deadline 05/22/2026 at 12:00 PM ET All questions or clarifications must be submitted through the Website before this deadline. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders received and to determine, in its sole discretion, the contractor best suited to complete the work. THE LOWEST OR ANY TENDER WILL NOT NECESSARILY BE ACCEPTED.
