Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Meridian, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Provide an area that meets all the requirements needed for the postal service to move into the building. This includes but is not limited to an upgraded HVAC system, electrical and data connections, and compressed air callouts for the process equipment. Additionally, two rooms will be added to the VAV air handler serving the building and two existing air handlers that are outdated will be removed. A new Direct Digital Control system will be installed and connected to the campus-wide front end for controls of all new HVAC equipment.
