Description

The City of Burbank is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to contract for professional construction management and inspection services for chloramine boosting systems for Reservoirs 1, 4, and 5. Proposals must be provided in two separate files uploaded to PlanetBids: a technical proposal (uploaded as the 'Response File') that must not include any cost information, and a pricing proposal (uploaded as the 'Cost File'). Email, hand-delivered, or facsimile submittals will not be accepted. Only wet signatures are accepted in the proposal; digital or font signatures are not acceptable. Direct bidder contact with City staff regarding this RFP is not accepted and may lead to disqualification. All questions must be submitted electronically via PlanetBids. Submitted proposals may be rejected if they do not conform to RFP requirements or are incomplete or inapplicable, but the City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject all proposals without liability for any expenses incurred by consultants in preparing their proposals.
