Renovation of a military facility in Big Bear City, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Electrical system repair and switchgear replacement services are required at the Supervisor's Office. The scope includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and expertise necessary to perform electrical system repairs and replace existing switchgear to restore safe, reliable, and compliant electrical service. Work shall be performed as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and all applicable codes, standards, and solicitation requirements. The project is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation and Request for Quotation and is set aside for small business concerns. All work, submittals, and performance shall comply with the terms, conditions, instructions, and evaluation criteria contained in the solicitation and associated attachments, including requirements related to site access, inspections, and coordination. Disclosure of Magnitude of the Construction Project: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer Tanya Torres no later than May 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM Pacific Time, see page 15 for additional information. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
