Description of Services The Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Operational Technology Division (OTD) has a requirement for the removal and replacement of Government-furnished SD214-SF2P2SNM 4- element antenna on the WKRG tower at 11400 Austin Lane, Spanish Fort, AL 36527. This is a contract to provide technical services for the removal and installation of an FBI antenna at the WKRG tower site (MO-043) for the FBI’s OTD. The contractor must provide services to install the antenna and lines on Government leased tower space in accordance with the specifications identified in this document. This is a guyed tower that is 1,849 feet tall, and the antenna is located at approximately 1,100 feet. The existing feedline will remain in place. The tower elevator on site is operational to assist the assigned contractor. The FBI will supply the replacement antenna and mounting hardware. This is a non-personal services contract. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over contractor employees performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor must supply the necessary materials and labor to complete the described antennareplacement and installation at the primary radio tower site. When the offeror provides installation, configuration or integration services for equipment and software pursuant to this contract, the offeror must not install, configure or integrate the equipment and software in a way that reduces the level of conformance with the applicable Revised 508 Standards. The Government anticipates installation services being performed prior to July 01, 2026. Place of Performance The primary place of performance will be at WKRG tower (MO-043), 11400 Austin Lane, Spanish Fort, AL 36527. Questions or requests for an extension submitted after the cut-off date will not be considered.
