Site work for a communication facility in Spanish Fort, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.
The contractor shall provide commercial services for the removal of an existing 4-dipole array antenna and the installation of a Government-furnished SD214-SF2P2SNM 4-element antenna at the 1,100-foot level of the WKRG tower (MO-043). Work includes all labor, equipment, supervision, and technical expertise necessary to safely remove the existing antenna, install the new Government-furnished antenna, and complete the work in accordance with the requirements of the Request for Quotation and Statement of Work. The contractor shall provide a proposed timeline identifying the anticipated period of performance following receipt of an order. All work shall be performed in compliance with applicable safety standards and industry requirements. Place of Performance The primary place of performance will be at WKRG tower (MO-043), 11400 Austin Lane, Spanish Fort, AL 36527. Questions Offerors are requested to submit their questions via email to Justin Little at jalittle2@fbi.gov. The questions shall be grouped by RFQ section and make reference to the particular section/subsection number. Questions must be received before Monday, May 18, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET. Questions or requests for an extension submitted after the cut-off date will not be considered
