Work comprises removal of the existing natural gas and electric boilers including primary and secondary pumps, expansion tank and associated equipment and piping. Provide two new condensing gas fired boilers, pumps, expansion tank and associated equipment and piping. Revise the natural gas piping system, including coordinating the relocation of the gas meter by Manitoba Hydro. Add a relief air duct to outside.
