Algonquins of Pikwakanagan First Nation, located near Eganville, are looking to retain a qualified contractor to complete HVAC and electrical upgrade work. The HVAC electrical source scope includes 48 home worksheets, 44 homes with active HVAC electrical scope, and 4 homes marked with no HVAC electrical retrofits. This RFQ may be concurrent with other RFQs and internally completed scope. The sequencing of additional contractors will be coordinated by the Owner and communicated through the project schedule. The Contractor shall provide all labour, supervision, tools, temporary protection, fasteners, refrigerant piping, ductwork, wiring coordination, controls, equipment, consumables, disposal, commissioning support, and all materials necessary to complete the awarded HVAC and electrical retrofit work. The work includes, where applicable, central heat pumps, mini-split heat pumps, air-to-water heat pump systems, indoor coils, air handlers, furnaces, ERVs, ducted or ductless ventilation, electrical service or panel upgrades, domestic hot water equipment, ductwork modifications, exhaust fan work, thermostat control wiring, generator interface items where identified, and other related items identified in the home-by-home scope summary in Appendix A and the HVAC quote fillable Excel form.
