32,000 SY Edge Mill Bituminous Surface; 4,200 SY Mill Bituminous Surface (1.5") - Full Width; 6,300 TN Bituminous Pavement; 4,400 SY Remove Bituminous Pavement; 2,200 LF Bituminous Curb; 14 EA Catch Basin Maintenance; 300 TN Aggregate Base; 100 TN Aggregate Shouldering; 500 SY Sod; 100 CY Topsoil Borrow. This project is subject to Responsible Contractor Certification. No bid will be considered unless submitted online prior to the closing of the bids and accompanied by a bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid as a guarantee that the bidder, if successful, will enter into a contract to perform the work described in the proposal. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, or to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, in the best interest of the Town. For Bids exceeding $50,000, the Bidder shall submit to the Town a signed statement under oath verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3 on the Responsible Contractor Verification Form included with the Bid Proposal.
